Very cute personalized ornament. I did not like that there was zero communication. The charge to my card was automatically taken out, but I had to email them after 2 weeks of hearing NOTHING. So it was a waiting game and I finally got my ornament after about 3 weeks after I ordered it. Fix the communication and I’d rate 10/10.
